Get ready for smaller airline carry-on bags

A trade group that represents the world’s airlines is proposing a standard size for airline carry-on bags. People who fly many U.S. carriers, including Delta Air Lines Inc. (NYSE: DAL), may not be happy with the idea because the proposed size is small than the current size allowed. The International Air Transport Association discussed the idea - called the IATA Cabin OK program - this week at its annual meeting.
