'House of Cards' in your hotel: Marriott strikes Netflix deal

Marriott International Inc. is the first hotel operator to offer Netflix access directly through its in-room entertainment systems. Bethesda, Maryland-based Marriott (NASDAQ:MAR) announced the partnership between its Marriott Hotels brand and Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) on Wednesday, saying it will allow guests to sign in to their own Netflix accounts by using an app on the hotel’s Internet-connected room televisions.
