Why some big banks are saying goodbye to voice mail

In an attempt to cut costs, some big banks may say goodbye to voice mail. The Wall Street Journal reports that voice-mail services are being cut for thousands of workers at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and similar moves are being considered at Citigroup Inc.
