Craft beer business barrels along

The craft beer market continues to soar, with production rising 16 percent in the first half of the year, the Denver Business Journal reports. Production of U.S. craft beer his 12.2 million barrels for the first half of the year, according to the Brewer’s Association. That compares with about 10.6 million barrels produced during the first half of 2014. The association said there are 3,739 breweries in the United States, with another 1,755 planned.
