Haslam names new chief of staff

Gov. Bill Haslam has tapped one of his long-time commissioners to replace outgoing Chief of Staff Mark Cate. The governor announced Tuesday afternoon Jim Henry will step in as his No. 2 in the administration. Henry currently serves as commissioner of the Department of Children's Services, a position he's held since 2013.
