Report: VW’s controversy-filled expansion expected to give Tennessee 10,000-job boost

Volkswagen’s expansion to its Chattanooga factory, which had plenty of controversy surrounding state incentives and a vote to unionize the plant last year, is expected to provide Tennessee with a significant economic windfall.
