Florida, feds reach agreement; may offer clues for TN

Florida Gov. Rick Scott may not be done fighting the feds, but he has reached an agreement to get some money for his state’s hospitals. In recent months, Scott and the Obama administration have been feuding over the fate of the state’s low-income hospital fund pool, federal funding to pay for uncompensated care at the state’s hospitals.
