President Obama uses Twitter to urge states to expand Medicaid

Twitter is exploding with #AskPOTUS tweets because President Barack Obama said he would answer any questions about health care. Nearly 38,400 people have already tweeted him since 3:30 p.m. Some, not surprising, were on topics far off from health care. But others brought up an issue that faces 21 states: to expand Medicaid, or to not expand Medicaid.
