Study: Women underrepresented as lead trial lawyers

When Hillary Clinton served as the American Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession’s first chairwoman in 1986, she was quoted as saying that the increasing number of women entering the profession would not ensure that they would advance and succeed at the same rate as their male counterparts.
