Judge OKs class action suit over Delta bag fees; Airline fined $2.7 million

A federal judge says a lawsuit accusing Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines Inc. (NYSE: DAL) of colluding with AirTran Airways to impose baggage fees on passengers can go forward as a class action suit on behalf of customers, the Daily Report is reporting.
